Projects & Initiatives
Making a difference in Pittsford Central School District
Our Focus
Ensuring Equitable Opportunities
We provide students in need of financial support with supplies, meals, clothing, glasses, field trips, and other needs, to ensure equal access to the entire Pittsford educational experience.
Empowering Educators
One of the most effective ways to improve our schools and make a difference in students’ lives is by providing faculty and staff with tools, training, and support, they need to create an outstanding academic experience in the Pittsford school district.
Facility Improvements
Many of our projects focus on technological or capital improvements. Having access to state-of-the art technology in the classroom or upgrading our schools’ facilities has become an increasingly critical component to preparing our students to compete at the next level.

Honor An Educator
One of the many ways PEF supports the district is through our Honor An Educator program. We provide students and parents with the opportunity to show appreciation for a Pittsford faculty or staff member who’s gone above and beyond their mandate, with the Honor An Educator award.
